- AFTER VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC/ INSPECTION TECH FOUND: VERIFIED MULTIPLE WARNING LIGHTS ON. CODES U3000: INTERNAL MODULE FAILURE, C0037: LEFT REAR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR, AND C0034: RIGHT FRONT WHEEL SPEED SENSOR. MONITORED WSS DATA AND DROVE AND FOUND RIGHT FRONT AND LEFT REAR SENSORS NOT READING. CLEARED CODES AND PERFORMED SELF TEST AND C0037 AND C0034 RETURNED ON START UP. RECOMMEND REPLACE LEFT REAR AND RIGHT FRONT WHEEL SPEED SENSORS AND RETEST. IF STILL NOT READING OR U3000 CODE RETURNS THEN ABS CONTROL MODULE WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.

- REPLACE LEFT REAR BRAKE CALIPER AND BRAKE PADS
- CHECK BRAKE FLUID FOR MOISTURE AND CONTAMINATION. INSPECT ALL HYDRAULIC LINES AND HOSES. INSPEC CALIPERS AND WHEEL CYLINDERS. INSPECT MASTER CYLINDER CAP. FLUSH ENTIRE BRAKE SYSTEM INCLUDING MASTER CYLINDER, CALIPERS, WHEEL CYLINDERS UNTIL CLEAN. TOP OFF FLUID AND TEST DRIVE
- REMOVE AND REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS. CHECK ROTOR CONDITION. CLEAN AND LUBRICATE BRAKE CALIPERS AND SLIDE MECHANISMS. CHECK AND FILL BRAKE FLUID. BLEED AIR FROM SYSTEM. TEST DRIVE.
- REPLACE RIGHT ENGINE MOUNT
- REPLACED RIGHT FRONT AND LEFT REAR WHEEL SPEED SENSORS. CLEARED CODES AND TEST DROVE AND ABS LIGHT RETURNED WITH CODES C0034 AND C0037 AGAIN. ACCESSED ABS CONTROL MODULE CONNECTOR AND PERFORMED PIN TESTING TO CHECK FOR SHORTS AND OPENS IN HARNESS AND ALL TESTS WERE OK. CHECKED FOR POWER TO ABS SENSORS-OK. PER SERVICE MANUAL THE ABS CONTROL MODULE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

- REPLACED WHEEL SPEED SENSORS, LEFT REAR CALIPER, REAR BRAKE PADS, AND ENGINE MOUNT. BLED BRAKE SYSTEM AND RECHECKED ABS OPERATION. CLEARED CODES AND CODES CAME BACK. TESTED ABS CONTROL MODULE AND FOUND WIRING OK BUT MODULE FAILED. REPLACED ABS MODULE AND PERFORMED PROGRAMMING AND BLEEDING PROCEDURE. CLEARED CODES AND TEST DROVE. ABS SYSTEM FUNCTIONED NORMALLY WITH NO WARNING LIGHTS AND NO ABNORMAL OPERATION.
