AFTER VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC/ INSPECTION TECH FOUND Test drove vehicle and on 2 occurrences felt a noticeable delay in shift and slip in clutches. Scanned for codes, no codes stored. Performed several key cycles and test drove again. Symptom did not occur on second test drive. Due to customer's description of concern and the symptoms exhibited on test drive the likely cause of failure is the Dual clutch assembly and the shift actuators. Recommend replacing DCT transmission assembly and dual mass fly wheel.
After letting vehicle sit overnight, there was a noticeable misfire upon startup. Monitored data and found misfire indicated on cylinder 1. Removed spark plugs and found fluid on cylinder 1 spark plug. Pressure tested cooling system and found pressure would slowly leak down over several minutes. Inspected cylinder 1 with borescope camera and found evidence of coolant in the cylinder. Suspect blown headgasket or cracked cylinder head.
